Who owns the chiller plant?

We buy your plant at an agreed value and pay you on day one. Almadar then owns, operates and maintains it for the term of the contract.
Who pays for plant replacement?

We do. Replacement is planned, funded and installed by Almadar, with the future fee step agreed from day one.
What if performance falls short?

Uptime and efficiency are committed in the contract, with compensation if we fall short. You get full visibility through a customised dashboard.
What happens at the end of the term?
